DemoSCOPE has developed an integrated research approach for brand and image evaluation. This approach is based on the experience that customers often carry out separate studies on the image, awareness and customer shares of brands and, in doing so, frequently fail to link these areas relevant to the topic of brand leadership with one another.
The BraVa Consulting Programme takes into account all aspects which are important for brand leadership. BraVa interviews the relevant target groups to determine the position of a brand in the market and then shows how this position can be sustainably improved.
Brand performance is measured in the dimensions 'weight' and 'autonomy'. Partial results are consolidated in an index for each dimension. The values of these indices determine the two-dimensional positioning of the brand and thus also permit a comparison with your direct competitor.
The detailed analyses of the research report provide exhaustive information about the strengths and weaknesses of a brand in all the partial aspects observed. The relevant knowledge for implementing communication and marketing-specific activities can then be derived from this information.
