Employee Satisfaction Surveys are the without doubt the tool most in demand in this field. Our repertoire of opinion polling techniques in the HR field embraces rather more than just this, however, and in particular also includes special solutions for times of change and teambuilding processes.
During times of change such as mergers, spin-offs etc. a small number of questions are asked at short intervals (corresponding to the fast pace of change in such situations) concerning the mood of the employees and their perception of the changing environment. A rapid feedback process ensures that appropriate measures can be taken within a meaningful time period.
Within the framework of teambuilding processes, we work with a so-called 360-degree monitor. Relative to the central exponents in this process, namely management personnel, this technique allows us to obtain a range of different opinions from superiors, work colleagues and more junior members of staff, which are then compared with each other.
In addition, the HR field also embraces a whole set of special topics such as health in the workplace, furtherance of women, working culture, information (evaluation of a company's employee magazine, intranet etc.) that may form the basis for individual surveys.
