Working as a face-to-face interviewer

Support DemoSCOPE in collecting the opinions of people living in Switzerland and making them available for science and business. Professional and qualitatively well-conducted social and market research has been shown to make a significant contribution to improving our living conditions, avoiding misproduction and overproduction, and promoting positive growth. Many jobs are promoted and secured in the long term at the same time.

In contrast to telephone interviews, interviewers and interviewees meet in person during face-to-face interviews.

Depending on the task, these surveys can take place at the respondents' homes, on the street, at workplaces or points of sale, trade fairs and events, etc. Most interviews are conducted using state-of-the-art mobile devices such as laptops, tablets or smartphones. This enables products, photos, video and audio material to be presented and allows our surveyors to spend more time with the people taking part in the survey. All the equipment used and the electronic questionnaires are self-explanatory. However, should any questions arise before, during or afterwards, experienced contact persons are available at DemoSCOPE at any time.
